Frequently asked questions
Quick answers for people claiming a Unetwork App license, setting up a phone, checking rewards, or asking for support.
Start here
The basics before you claim a code or set up the app.
Is Unetwork free to use?
Yes. The app is free to use. You need a license code, a compatible phone, and a stable connection. Some tasks may need a SIM or eSIM.
How do I claim a Unetwork App license?
Get a claim code from this site, open the Unetwork App, enter the code, and activate one device.
How do Unetwork rewards work?
Approved tasks can create UP rewards. Rewards depend on eligible work, demand, uptime, device conditions, and validation.
Do I need to buy a node?
No. A license operator does not need to buy a node. You can start with a phone, the app, and a license code.
Licenses and devices
How codes, splits, phones, and uptime work.
What does the UNO / ULO split mean?
It shows how approved rewards are shared. Codes currently offered on this site use 80% ULO / 20% UNO: 80% for the license operator and 20% for the node operator.
Can I change my split later?
No. The split is tied to the claim code and should be checked before you activate the license.
How many devices can one license use?
One license is for one device. To use another phone, claim and activate another license.
What phone do I need?
A compatible Android or iOS phone is enough for most operators. Many people use a spare or budget phone.
What happens if my phone goes offline?
Tasks pause while the phone is offline. You keep your license, but you may miss reward opportunities during downtime.
Can Android and iOS users run background tasks?
Yes. Android and iOS users can join passive background tasks when eligible tasks are available and the device stays connected.
Rewards and withdrawals
Clear limits and payout routes for eligible UP rewards.
How much can I earn?
Earnings are variable. Check the app and task guides for current ranges because demand, location, uptime, and validation can change results.
How do withdrawals work?
In the management portal, choose a supported crypto wallet or bank account route, complete identity verification (KYC), then follow the steps for that destination.
What are the withdrawal limits?
Complete identity verification (KYC) for either route. Crypto wallet withdrawals start at 5 UPs and go up to 150 UPs. Bank withdrawals start at 200 UPs and go up to 1000 UPs, with a 1000 UPs 24-hour bank limit.
Do withdrawals need identity verification?
Yes. Crypto wallet and bank account withdrawals require identity verification (KYC). Bank withdrawals also require matching bank account details.
Can I withdraw to an exchange wallet?
After completing identity verification (KYC), you can use an exchange wallet only if it supports the exact asset and network shown in the portal. Always check the deposit instructions first.
Referrals and support
Where to invite friends, ask questions, and join operator channels.
How does refer and earn work?
Share your referral link. If someone uses it to claim a code and their license qualifies, you can earn referral rewards.
Where can I get help?
Use Telegram chat for direct support and live operator discussion, Facebook for the operator group, and Reddit for searchable guides and questions.
Is Unity Network now Unetwork?
Yes. Unity Network rebranded to Unetwork. Existing licenses, roles, task types, rewards, and withdrawal rules continued under the Unetwork name.
