Identity and business verification

Verification providers and existing accounts
Individual verification uses Sumsub. If you completed both ID and address verification through ShuftiPro, your KYC remains valid and you do not need to verify again.
If you completed ID verification but still need address verification, return to the app and use Sumsub. You will need to verify your ID again with the new provider before completing your address check. Identity documents that include your address may simplify the process. If you were blocked after three attempts, return to the verification flow to use the reset attempts.
Businesses can complete KYB verification through ShuftiPro.
