Become a Runner

Dial Scout-verified routes from dedicated prepaid SIMs, keep calls connected, and earn 70% of verified per-minute rewards.

The opportunity is simple: good routes need repeated verification, and verified minutes can create UP rewards.

Scale method

Parallel

Use multiple registered devices and SIMs when your plans match.

SIM rule

Dedicated prepaid

Use registered prepaid SIMs or eSIMs purchased for S&R.

The opportunity

Earn by keeping real routes verified.

Scouts find promising voice routes. Runners turn those discoveries into live data by calling, holding, and reporting from real prepaid SIMs. It is practical, repeatable work: the app shows the route, you make the call, and verified minutes can earn UP.

Hands-on earning

Runner is for operators who want an active role with clear feedback after every verified call.

Repeatable work

Good Scout-verified routes need ongoing checks, so one strong route can turn into many useful calls.

Room to scale

Use multiple devices when each one has its own registered SIM and matching plan.

How it works

Choose a route. Hold the call. Submit the result.

  1. Step 1

    Choose a ready route

Open the Runner dashboard and check the destination, reward rate, and SIM plan needed for the number.

  2. Step 2

    Call and hold

Dial manually from your registered prepaid SIM, listen for the IVR, and stay connected for at least 30 seconds.

  3. Step 3

    Report and repeat

Submit what happened. When the backend confirms the call and report, the verified minutes can earn UP.

Rewards

The reward moment is easy to understand.

When the backend confirms that your call connected, stayed up for at least 30 seconds, and matches your report, verified minutes can earn UP. The Runner share is 70% of the per-minute reward.

Important details

Simple on the surface. Precise where it matters.

Runner has a few non-negotiable rules because real carrier costs and route quality matter. The full details are here when you need them.

SIM and cost rules

The most important safety rule is simple: only dial when your SIM plan covers the destination and the reward rate is higher than your carrier cost.

  • Use only dedicated prepaid SIMs or eSIMs purchased for S&R.
  • Never use a personal or daily-use SIM.
  • Each device needs its own registered SIM and matching call plan.
  • You are responsible for carrier charges, fair-use limits, overages, roaming, and local SIM rules.
What the backend verifies

The reward is for an accurate verification report that matches telecom telemetry, not for dialing by itself.

  • The call connected to the expected route or IVR.
  • The call was held for at least 30 seconds.
  • The reported result matches backend telemetry.
  • S&R uses metadata such as duration, outcome, number dialed, SIM used, and reward earned. It does not need call audio.
What can be rejected

Most rejected attempts come from short calls, mismatched reports, or activity that is not genuinely manual.

  • Calls shorter than 30 seconds.
  • Calls that fail backend verification.
  • False, guessed, inflated, or mismatched reports.
  • Automated dialing, scripted reporting, scraping, or reverse engineering.
  • Reports that are rejected by moderation or not submitted.
Reward settlement and holds

Rewards are confirmed after backend checks. Some activity can be held for review if fraud detection flags are triggered.

  • Runners receive 70% of the per-minute reward for verified connected and held minutes.
  • The applicable per-minute rate is shown in-platform before dialing.
  • Rewards are allocated after the report matches telemetry during daily confirmation.
  • APEX may hold up to 7 days of rewards when Runner activity triggers fraud detection flags.

Frequently asked questions

Fast answers before you become a Runner.

What does a Runner do?

A Runner manually dials Scout-verified international voice routes at volume from dedicated prepaid SIMs or eSIMs, then submits a verification report for each call.

Can I call the same number from multiple devices?

Yes. Parallel dialing across your own devices is permitted and encouraged, as long as each device uses its own registered SIM and matching call plan.

Can I use my normal SIM?

No. Runners must use dedicated prepaid SIMs or eSIMs purchased specifically for S&R. Personal and daily-use SIMs are prohibited.

When does a Runner report earn a reward?

A report earns only after the backend confirms that the call connected, was held for at least 30 seconds, and the submitted report matches telemetry.

What is the Runner reward share?

The Runner share is 70% of the per-minute reward for verified connected and held minutes on eligible reports.

Why can rewards be held for fraud review?

APEX may hold up to 7 days of Runner rewards when activity triggers fraud detection flags, including suspicious patterns or report mismatches.
